Megan Allen

Megan Allen is a Policy Associate at J-PAL Global, where she supports J-PAL’s work in cost effectiveness and welfare analysis.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2025, Megan worked at Kroger (84.51) as a data scientist on the price optimization and retail media teams. Additionally, Megan has previously worked as a Research Assistant at the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunity. In this role, she supported work focused on homelessness prevention and policy dissemination. 

Megan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and Honors Economics.
