Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.

Policy Associate, J-PAL South Asia
Antara Keswani is a Policy Associate with J-PAL South Asia, where she works to improve evidence-based policy-making in the Gender sector.
She has previously interned with J-PAL SA as a Research Intern in the Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) Project in Gujarat. Before joining J-PAL, she interned in various research and policy roles with organizations including ICF Consulting, Centre for Policy Research and Governance, and Sapio Analytics.
Antara holds a Bachelor’s in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University, and a Master’s in Public Policy from O.P. Jindal Global University.
