Vijayalakshmi Iyer

Vijayalakshmi has a wealth of experience in the development sector, where she has specialised in education. She is experienced in organisational strategy, building and managing diverse global teams and engaging with scale and M&E frameworks. She has worked with a range of organizations including Azim Premji Foundation, Quest Alliance and most recently, STIR Education as their Global M&E Head, where she developed and drove the overall global M&E strategy for behaviour change programmes around intrinsic motivation led by government education systems at scale—including the design of impact studies, research, and technology platforms. Through her work journey, Vijayalakshmi has worked with diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, senior government officials, donors, and programme teams.
