Primrose Adjepong

Primrose is a Senior Policy Manager at J-PAL Africa, where she focuses on advancing evidence-based policies in the education and gender sectors to improve learning outcomes and advance gender equity. In this role, she collaborates with governments, donors, and practitioners to promote the use of rigorous evidence in designing and implementing education programs. She also identifies opportunities to conduct new randomized evaluations, generating insights into what works to improve outcomes in education and gender.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Primrose co-founded a learning design firm in Ghana, where she collaborated with local governments and schools to develop and implement innovative educational programs. She also served as a Behavioral Science Advisor at Nudge Lebanon, leading initiatives to diagnose challenges and design solutions that improved access to education, health services, and water, while promoting good governance in local communities

Primrose holds a BSc in International Relations from St Andrews University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University.
