Persona Gemilang

Persona Gemilang holds the position of Research Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia, presently engaged in evaluating intervention that aim to increase the take up rate of palm oil replanting program called Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR), an initiative promotes agricultural productivity, mitigate environment damages, and alleviate poverty in Indonesia.

Prior joining J-PAL SEA, Gemilang received his master degree from tropical medicine Gadjah Mada University (cumlaude), and dedicate his effort working in health-related research (HIV & Tuberculosis), which further support human rights & gender advocacy and community development. Gemilang’s interests extend to sociology, anthropology, and education.
