Dona Maria John

Dona is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where she contributes to the "Environmental Regulation and Organizational Change" project in the firm sector. Prior to this role, she worked as a Research Associate at J-PAL for over two years, focusing on the implementation of RCTs in the E2C2 and agricultural sectors. Before joining J-PAL, Dona served as a Research Associate at the Centre for Development Studies (JNU), Azim Premji University, and the University of Kerala. During her Master's program, she interned with NABARD. Dona holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the Centre for Development Studies (JNU) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madras Christian College.
