Khadija Noor

Khadija Noor joined J-PAL in 2021 as the Senior Development Associate for the North America regional office. She provides executive support to Associate Director of Policy Vincent Quan and project management support across the policy vertical.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Khadija worked to analyze statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships between different healthcare insurances and patient care. While completing her degree in International Affairs, she worked as a research assistant for the Forced Migration and Human Trafficking Initiative and interned abroad with a non-profit organization focused on providing support for Syrian children displaced by war.

Khadija received her Master’s degree in Diplomacy, focusing on human displacement and Minor in African Studies from Boston University.
