Amanda Lee

Amanda Lee is a Research Lead at J-PAL North America where she leads the Research Management Support (RMS) team, including focusing on staff growth and development, co-leads North America's engagement with the Learning Engineering Virtual Institute, and works on the Homelessness and Housing Stability team. Using her experience from managing multiple research projects, she ensures research projects are high-quality, follow best practices in research, and are in compliance with J-PAL research protocols in coordination with J-PAL Global and other regional offices.

Prior to joining J-PAL, she worked as a research analyst at Mathematica Policy Research on a broad range of topics, including education, early childhood education, child welfare, and nutrition.

Amanda holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in economics from Harvard College.
