Sabreen Attallah

Sabreen Attallah is a Senior Policy Manager at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa, where she focuses on promoting evidence-based policymaking in the Social Protection Sector.

Before joining J-PAL in 2023, Sabreen provided technical support in designing and implementing result-based monitoring and evaluation systems for various organizations such as the American University in Cairo, the International Labour Organization, and local NGOs. Her work covered a large range of development topics including education, children's protection, women’s economic empowerment, private provision of public goods, and social entrepreneurship.

Sabreen holds a Master's in Public Administration from the School of Public Policy at Central European University. She also has a Diploma in NGO Management from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
