Our affiliated professors are based at over 120 universities and conduct randomized evaluations around the world to design, evaluate, and improve programs and policies aimed at reducing poverty. They set their own research agendas, raise funds to support their evaluations, and work with J-PAL staff on research, policy outreach, and training.
Our research, policy, and training work is fundamentally better when it is informed by a broad range of perspectives.
Project Associate, J-PAL South Asia
Praveen is a Project Associate at J-PAL South Asia where he works on the Embeddedness in Markets project under the Social Networks lab in Bengaluru. Prior to this project, Praveen worked for the projects on preschool education + female employment, and TALK.
He joined J-PAL South Asia as Field Monitor in October 2017. Prior to joining J-PAL SA, he worked at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd as a Junior Industrial Engineer.
He is a travel enthusiast and enjoys photography.
